Designed just for the Lambretta, BGMs latest development are these fully adjustable front dampers. CNC machined to last a lifetime, they feature 16 different rebound settings, stainless steel body construction and will easily surpass the performance of Kawasaki, Daytona, Sebac, and reproduction dampers.
These dampers are standard length and require NO modification to your existing standard brackets or fork links. If you have dampers already, these will swap right in!

MB Developments all new cylinder kits
A new nikasil plated aluminum cylinder kit designed by Mark Broadhurst. Kits will come as Race-Tour 190 64mm, RT205 67mm and RT220 69mm, but you can use any of the MB pistons. Using these sizes the 64mm is still a safe piston size on 150 casings, the old Honda 205 had a great reputation hence RT205 and the 220 keeps the spigot safe under manufacturing and plating without loosing any power.
All the kits, including the small block, use a 200 inlet manifold, slighty reshaped, but a normal manifold can be matched really easy. MB will be doing a couple of manifolds to suit 25 -30mm sized carbs but reshaped so a 30mm Dellorto will fit using the air filter box with a new air box elbow. We will be testing these with modern Mikuni carbs to improve performance and reliability even further
Uses a standard oval type exhaust port but has extra 2 studs for the new Devtour exhaust which MB have been developing for over a year. The cylinders are piston ported for low down touring power where most can use standard carbs, 25-6mm and 30mm, works with standard exhausts, Clubmans and expansions. These are designed to work straight out of the box.
The MB barrel has conservative ports and still produces more power (22bhp with PHBH 30 and old Devtour staight out the box so far! It is aimed at fuel economy, torque and the reliability to go all day!
The kit will come with a new head (but others can be used - notice the variable pattern of the cylinder studs) as the combustion area drops into the bore to centralise it, then various shim head gaskets will be available to set the squish. If you use a 110mm rod, perfect port timings and squish clearances can be achieved using the standard barrel and special head whether it is a 58mm or 60mm crank. All easy stuff to do on your own or by Jet200 Performance in the workshop!
