Shipping, Payment & Returns

All orders

We accept all major credit cards. This is also the quickest and easiest way to process your order. Your credit card is only charged once your order is fulfilled, packed, and ready to send. If your credit card is declined we will contact you and ask to confirm the card details or to provide alternative payment. Your order will normally be processed and sent within one working day of you placing your order. There is a $6 minimum domestic shipping charge included with every order. Any additional shipping fees will be added to your order and may appear as a separate charge on your credit card. Please see below for Domestic and International shipping policies.

If using PayPal for direct, credit card, or eCheck payment, shipping charges will be billed to you at the email address given with your order. Your order will not ship until any additional shipping fees have been collected. Any PayPal eCheck payment must first clear before orders will be shipped. We understand PayPal to be a great to convenience to our customers and are more than willing to accept this form of payment. Please understand that using PayPal can sometimes delay your order.

In general, items displayed on our site are in stock and ready to ship - if you see it, we have it. From time to time, ordering volume may outpace the ability of our servers to update product stock levels. In this rare instance, you will be notified of any items that may be out of stock or are a special order item. Any special order items will normally be shipped within 3 weeks and sometime directly to you from our supplier. If it is likely to be longer then we will contact you.

If there are any items in your order that will be delayed (special order or out of stock) or have to go on backorder, we will send as much of the order as we can.

Orders are shipped during normal business hours, 10am to 6pm MST, Mondays through Fridays.

 

Special Order Items

There are many special order items throughout our site. These typically represent items that we do not sell frequently enough to warrant keeping on hand. We are more than happy to order these items for you at any time. Please note that final prices on those items can be subject to change before final payment is made. All sales on special order items are final. If we order it for you, you will be buying it. There are no returns accepted unless the item is defective.

 

Sale Items

All purchases on sale, clearance, or discounted items are final. Additional discounts, dealer discounts, and gift certificates do not apply towards sale items. Sale price is only awarded to in stock items at the time of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective.

 

Domestic shipments (North America)

All orders over $100 will typically be sent via FedEx Ground. Orders under $100 ship via USPS Priority flat rate packages. Unless indicated, shipping fees will automatically be charged to your credit card or PayPal account. The minimum standard domestic shipping rate is $6. If your order is oversized or overweight from this minimum rate, an extra charge may appear on your credit card statement. If using PayPal, any additional shipping charges must be collected before your order leaves. Shipping charges are based on speed of delivery and value. For security purposes, we do not keep your credit card information on file. In general, we will go with whatever method is cheaper, faster, and provides the best insurance. You will never be charged more than the actual shipping rate for your items. In most cases, you will receive a greatly discounted shipping rate. If you require any special delivery or handling instructions, please indicate this during checkout.

 

International shipments (Rest of World)

All orders will be sent via USPS International Priority. FedEx International is also available options by request. We find that USPS offers the best international shipping rates, but are more than happy to use your preferred provider. Unless indicated, shipping fees will automatically be charged to your credit card or PayPal account. If using PayPal, all shipping charges must be collected before your order leaves. The minimum standard domestic shipping rate is $6 and is shown on your invoice at checkout. International shipping rates are always added on after your purchase since rates differ depending on weight and country. Shipping charges are based on speed of delivery and value. In general, we will go with whatever method is cheaper, faster, and provides the best insurance. You will never be charged more than the actual shipping rate for your items. In most cases, you will receive a greatly discounted shipping rate. If you require any special delivery or handling instructions, please indicate this during checkout. Note that for all International shipments, you are liable for any import duty or taxes your shipment may incur. Due to unreliability with certain foreign Postal organizations, Jet200 Performance shall not be liable for any lost or stolen packages. USPS provides accurate package tracking information while your order is still within the domestic USPS system. Once your order travels beyond the borders of the USA, tracking updates can sometimes vary from very slightly delayed to non-existent. If your country is known to have unreliable Postal delivery service, please consider another delivery alternative.

 

Returns policy

At Jet200 Performance we have worked very hard to offer you the very best Lambretta parts and service available but we are human and mistakes do get made occasionally. If you have a problem with an item please contact us and we will do our very best to help you. If you are returning parts, please do the following:

Your return must be sent back within 30 days of the day your order shipped. We do not refund your costs of shipping the item back to us unless it is clearly faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned non-faulty items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You MUST follow the instructions below, or your return may be sent back to you:

Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items (preferably the box your order came in). Do NOT return shipments in an envelope. Include your original invoice (or a copy) and reason for your return in the box and seal it tightly. Since we do not keep your credit card on file, we may contact you to provide credit card details.
